| 2004, high summer in Canada. On a ferry to Victoria / Vancouver Island. A car ferry: cars waiting below deck, people gather on deck and stare over the railing, admire the beautiful landscape and the ocean, hoping to spot seals. I filmed it all unobtrusively, aperture too wide open, images lost their contours, dissolving in gleaming light. | ||||||
